I last went continuously to the gym from September 2005 to September 2006 - thanks in part to my friend Michael Ranieri. Since then I have been to the gym for like a month or so and I dropped off on the nutritional front as well.
That changed as of yesterday when I re-started the calories plan and hit the gym. This time I picked a place near by home so that I have no excuse of weather, distance etc. The plan is to go to the gym 3 days a week like the good ole days.
In the meantime today I am so damn sore from my 1st day back…..this is good enough reason never to quit the gym.
