Staying Up
Going to the gym on Sunday was a bad idea - I am in a lot of pain due to my sore neck and upper back - I think I made a bad situation worse :(

is not at its best due to a workout last week. Today it seems that it might not be too bad…keeping my fingers crossed.

Weekend Plans
On Friday night attended a friend and colleague’s Relocation Party.
On Saturday I am going to meet up with my brother at Newark Airport. Then I have to get going to my taxes (uuurgh!)
On Sunday I am in NYC meeting up with my friend and his uncle who is visiting - I know the uncle since I was a kid and I have not seen him since 2000.

I found out yesterday...
that my brother will be in the U.S. on a business trip for close to a month. He will be based in Shelton, CT. He will be in town at some point next week - pretty cool!
